On June 24, 2014 artist Loretta S.W. Barnett and I met in Manchester, New Hampshire for lunch. At that time, Loretta proposed the idea of collaborating on a suite of mixed media works on paper; I agreed, and over the course of the next two years, these works became "Marked."
